My name is Louis, the owner of Total Concepts Construction and I am a second generation contractor. I learned this business from my father and uncle as they had a combined 84 years of experience in the home building and remodeling business in addition to framing, trim and mill working.

Over the years I was taught the basics of building a home from the bare property to the finished sod and hardscaping detail completions. In addition to those skills, I also have completed hundreds if not thousands of hours of work in framing and installing exterior siding and guttering on countless apartments and homes. Those thousands of hours of apprenticeship has provided valuable experience on the job and I saw first hand just how major contractors preformed their services. This is how Total Concepts Construction was born.

All these experiences and years of learning brought us to the conclusion that we could provide homeowners with better service, while at the same time saving money for the homeowners as well as giving them a superior product that lasts.

The concept behind Total Concepts Construction was to incorporate the building knowledge I have received from my father and the quality control of a big box store along with my own touch of class to the finished projects. Total Concepts Construction has now been in business over 20 years!
